At Sweet Briar's Le Bistro, an à la carte restaurant located next door to The Florence Elston Inn & Conference Center, you can join friends for pizza or burgers, camp out in front of the fireplace with a board game, or walk to the adjacent Vixen Den for a concert or comedy show.

During the academic year, mid-August through mid-May, Le Bistro offers freshly prepared, made-to-order sandwiches, salads, appetizers, sweets, fruit smoothies, coffee and tea, beer, wine and wine coolers, and much more.

Sweet Briar faculty and staff and off-campus locals are frequently spotted at Le Bistro, as well as students, who can use their Extended Dining Option and Board PLUS plans. The location also is convenient to guests of the Elston Inn, who can charge meals to their rooms.
