- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Le Bistro
- Assists the Director of Dining Services in budget preparation and implementing the budget in an efficient and profitable manner according to established parameters
- Performs purchasing and inventory control tasks, oversees and assists production personnel and maintains a high level of food quality and sanitation
- Prepares daily business forms, reconciliation sheets, charges, invoices and other forms as requested by the Dining Services Director
- Evaluates employee performances and develop and implement ideas to promote Le Bistro
- Assists in the operation of Summer Programs with primary responsibility for contracts, housing, logistics of activities and development/distribution of signage for programs
