STUDENT GUEST MEAL PASSES

Students on the Standard Board Plan will receive four guest meal passes each academic year. These passes may be used for any meal at Protho Dining Hall. The student must present her ID to the cashier at the time the passes are redeemed.

SACK LUNCH/DINNER PROGRAM

The sack lunch/dinner program is used for College-related activities only. Activities include faculty/student field trips, SWEBOP (Sweet Briar Outdoor Program) trips, off-campus athletic trips and other Sweet Briar-sanctioned outings.

Students who regularly miss meals due to a work-study job, classes or off campus employment may also sign up for sack lunches/dinners.

Activity-related requests for sack lunches/dinners must be made three days prior to the activity. Individual students needing sack lunches/dinners must request them a week in advance.

All requests for sack lunches/dinners must be made at the Dining Services Office in Prothro Hall. For more information, contact Sara Jacobs in Dining Services at 381.6145.
